do　ではなく　does でしょう。

literacy　に　rate をつけたほうが意味がはっきりします。

one　ではなく繰り返しを避ける　that を使います。

the most important thing is entrance examinationでは何よりも大切なのは入試だという意味になってしまいます。言いたいことは入試の試験の結果だけで合否が決まるということです。例：Whether a person will be able to get into a university or not depends on only the result of one or two tests. 

forcusは間違えやすいですがfocusが正しいスペリングです。

the entrance exam；　of colleges と入れておかないと何のテストかわかりません。

years　は　year's とアポストロフィーが必要です。

orinigally meanは　名詞なら　 The original meaning is となり、動詞なら　It originally means となります。

よくできています。The first nine years is compulsory education. でもいいと思います。学校名ばかり並ぶとちょっとくどいような気がします。
