The large Japanese papers circulation は意味がはっきりしません。もうすでに話に上がっている新聞のことならtheをつけてもかまいませんが、しょっぱなに定冠詞をつけた名詞をもってくるのはちょっと変です。まず日本のfive national papersを説明し、その発行部数がアメリカの新聞よりずっと多いという順序で説明するのが良いと思います。

The average of watching TV is three hours a day.でも通じますが日本人という言葉も入れたいですね。The average Japanese watch TV three hours a day.くらいでどうでしょうか。
Public corporation: NHK これは限定されますから定冠詞theが必要です。コロンよりカンマをNHKの前後につけたほうがいいと思います。
subscription fee； feeは数えられる名詞ですから複数形にしてください。
person who have TV set.； personとはhaveはあっていません。peopleにしてください。ついでにTV set も aをつけましょう。
