years は year's とアポストロフィーが必要です。
orinigally meanは 名詞なら The original meaning is となり、動詞なら It originally means となります。

the most important thing is entrance examinationでは何よりも大切なのは入試だという意味になってしまいます。言いたいことは入試の試験の結果だけで合否が決まるということです。例:Whether a person will be able to get into a university or not depends on only the result of one or two tests.
forcusは間違えやすいですがfocusが正しいスペリングです。

literacy に rate をつけたほうが意味がはっきりします。
one ではなく繰り返しを避ける that を使います。
